Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Products

Because CardBliss provides digital goods (Credits) that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been used.

2. Refund Eligibility

Unused Credits: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that zero (0) credits from that specific purchase or subscription cycle have been used.

Technical Failure: If a technical error on our part prevents you from using your purchased credits, we will provide a full refund or credit your account after verification.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features and remaining credits will continue until the end of the current billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@cardbliss.me with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Your Lemon Squeezy Order ID.
  • The reason for your refund request.
