By accessing or using CardBliss (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CardBliss is a digital platform that allows users to create, customize, and send digital greeting cards using a credit-based system.

3. User Accounts & Security

Authentication: Access to the Service requires authentication via Google Login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credit System: One (1) credit is typically required to generate and send one digital card.

Subscription Plans: We offer various plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited) that provide a set number of credits per billing cycle.

Payments: All financial transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.

Credit Types: Credits are divided into two categories: subscription credits and purchased credits. Subscription credits are used first. Once all subscription credits have been exhausted, purchased credits will be applied.

Credit Expiration: Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. However, credits purchased separately through credit packs do not expire.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is:

Illegal, threatening, or defamatory.
Infringing on intellectual property rights.
Malicious code, viruses, or spam.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
